**Q1. I pay for an item but never receive it in game? What should I do?** Enter the game, tap on the shopping cart button on the bottom right corner. On the pop up window, tap on the shopping cart button on the top left corner, and it should help you restore your paid item. ![](01.png) But if nothing happens after you tap on the button, please contact our customer service (info@chillyroom.com).
**Q2. Where are sauce machines?** Behind the manager´s office. ![](02.png)
**Q3. Can my restaurant still be benefited from buffs brought by Elite Customers after they reach eternal satisfaction and explode? ** No.
**Q4. If I forget my account, how I can get it back?** You need to use a valid email address to sign up for a ChillyRoom account. Once you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your email account. But if you forgot the email address you used to sign up for an account, or used a fake one, there is no way to get back your account once you lost it.
**Q5. Can I play without a ChillyRoom account?** Yes. But without a ChillyRoom account, all your progress will be saved locally unless you manually upload them to the cloud. **Q6. I have played in the game for a while, but I never sign up for a ChillyRoom account. Now I want to auto save my progress and sign up for one. But I am afraid that I will lose my progress by so far. What can I do?** The first time you log into the ChillyRoom account, all your previous progress will be automatically migrated to your account. So you can continue your play seamlessly.
**Q7. I played with my ChillyRoom account logged in for a while. And then I decide to log out. Why is my progress different?** After you log out, you progress will revert to the previous copy of local save before you logged into the account. And the progress during the period from logging out and relogging into the game will NOT integrated into the copy of cloud save under the ChillyRoom account.
**Q8. I have more than one ChillyRoom account. Can I switch my accounts back and forth?** Yes, but be careful, there are restraints on how you frequently you switch different accounts on the same device. And you cannot migrate your progress from one account to the other one. Please refer to the paragraph Limitations of Cloud Save on [ChillyRoom Game Account](/blog/post1)
**Q9. I have the installed the game on more than one device. Can I log into the same ChillyRoom account on multiple device?** Yes, but there are restraints on how many devices that can be bound with one single account.
