To help you start your adventure smoothly, we've prepared this FAQ covering downloads, accounts, rewards, and technical support.
1. Game Information
Q: Where can I download the game?

Q: What are the minimum device requirements?
Android
- Android 6.0 or higher
- 4 GB RAM or more recommended
- At least 1 GB of free storage
iOS
- iOS 12.0 or later
- iPhone 7 or newer recommended
Network
- Internet connection required (Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G)
Q: Which languages are supported?
A: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Korean, Russian, Japanese.
Q: What rewards can I receive at launch?
A: Several rewards are available to celebrate the official launch!
1️⃣ Pre-registration Reward
GUILDMASTER: Gems ×100 + Recruit Ticket ×2 + Storage Crate (Green) ×10
2️⃣ First Launch Reward
GMG2026: Recruit Ticket ×10
HXSNSFSX: Gems ×100 + Clover ×2)
3️⃣ Launch Celebration Mail
All players will receive the following rewards via in-game mail after logging in:
Recruit Ticket ×10 + Alter Recruit Ticket ×10
Q: How do I redeem a gift code?
A: After entering the game, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the main screen.
In the Settings menu, select Exchange, then enter your gift code to claim the rewards.

Q: I joined the Open Beta. Will my progress and purchases carry over?
A: Yes! All progress, purchases, and order history from the Open Beta are preserved.
Simply update the app and log in using the same ChillyRoom account used during the beta.
Q: Can I transfer my progress between iOS and Android?
A: Currently, cross-platform data transfer is not supported. Progress on iOS and Android is stored separately.

2. Login & Accounts
Q: What login methods are supported?
A: ChillyRoom Account. Using a ChillyRoom account helps protect your data and allows you to recover your progress if you change devices.
Q: I lost my game progress. What should I do?
A: Please make sure you are logging in with the same account used previously.
If the issue persists, contact customer support with your PID and account information.
Q: Why is my account banned?
A: Accounts confirmed for cheating or hacking are permanently banned. We do not unban accounts involved in such activities. Keep your account secure.
3. Purchases & Rewards
Q: I didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?
A: Please try the following steps:
- Wait a few minutes
- Restart the game
- Check your in-game mailbox
If the purchase still does not appear, contact customer support with your purchase receipt.
Q: Can I get a refund for an incorrect purchase?
A: In general, items that have already been delivered cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you encounter special circumstances, please contact customer support for assistance.
Q: I purchased items in the Open Beta but they don't appear in the official version.
A: Please make sure you are logging in with the same account used during the Open Beta. Your purchases should normally be restored automatically.
If the items still do not appear, please contact customer support and provide the following information:
- Screenshot of your Order History
- Google Play or App Store purchase receipt

Our support team will verify the records and assist with restoring your purchases.
4. Technical Support
Q: I am experiencing login errors, crashes, black screens, or network issues. What should I do?
A: You can report the issue using either of the following methods:
- In-game Feedback (Recommended):
Go to Settings → Submit the issue via Feedback directly from the game.
