1. Game Information

Q: Where can I download the game?

Q: What are the minimum device requirements?

  • Android: Version 5.1 or higher, 4 GB RAM or more, at least 1 GB free storage, 64-bit environment
  • iOS: iOS 12.0 or later, iPhone 7 or newer
  • Network: 3G/4G/5G or Wi-Fi connection required

 

Q: Which languages are supported?

A: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Korean, Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), Vietnamese, Thai

 

Q: What rewards can I receive at launch?

A:

Q: How do I redeem a gift code?

A: After entering the game, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the main screen.

In the Settings menu, select Redeem Code, then enter your gift code to claim the rewards.

Q: I joined the Open Beta. Will my progress and purchases carry over?

A: Yes! All progress, purchases, and order history from the Open Beta are preserved.

Simply update the app and log in using the same ChillyRoom account used during the beta.

⚠️ Note: Guest accounts that uninstall the game before updating will lose all data permanently.

 

Q: Can I transfer my progress between iOS and Android?

A: No. iOS and Android versions use separate data structures, so cross-platform saves are not supported.

 

2. Login & Accounts

Q: What login methods are supported? 

A:

  • ChillyRoom Account: Recommended for data safety. Accounts from other ChillyRoom games (like Soul Knight) can be used.
  • Guest Login: Available from launch. Please bind to a ChillyRoom account early to prevent permanent data loss.

 

Q: Why is my account banned?

A: Accounts confirmed for cheating or hacking are permanently banned. We do not unban accounts involved in such activities. Keep your account secure.

 

3. Purchases & Rewards

Q: I didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?

A: Wait a few moments or restart the game. If it still doesn't appear, send your receipt to customer support.

 

Q: I bought the wrong item. Can I get a refund?

A: Once items are delivered, they generally cannot be refunded or exchanged except under special circumstances. Contact support if needed.

 

Q: I purchased items in the Open Beta but they don't appear in the official version.

A: Please email customer support with:

  • Screenshot of your Order History
  • Google Play or App Store receipts Support will verify and restore your purchases.

 

4. Technical Support

Q: I am experiencing login errors, crashes, black screens, or network issues. What should I do?

A: You can report the issue using either of the following methods:

  • In-game Feedback (Recommended): Go to Settings Submit the issue via Feedback directly from the game.
