Q: Is the test available on iOS?

A: No, the Open Beta is exclusive to Google Play. However, iOS users can pre-register to secure launch rewards:

 

Q: Why can't I find the Open Beta on Google Play?

A: The beta is only accessible in the regions listed above. If you're outside these areas, pre-register to receive rewards at launch.

 

Q: How do I join the Google Play Open Beta?

A: Yes, in-game purchases are available throughout the test period.

 

Q: Will my progress and purchases be wiped after the Open Beta ends?

⚠️ Note: Guest accounts are not recommended for long-term progress. If you uninstall the game before updating, save data may be lost permanently.

  • Android: Version 5.1 or above, 4GB RAM or more, at least 1GB free storage, 64-bit environment required.
  • iOS: Version 12.0 or above, iPhone 7 or newer.

A: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Korean, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai.

A: You can log in with a ChillyRoom account.

⚠️ Strongly recommended: Use a ChillyRoom account to prevent permanent loss of progress and purchases.

 

Q: Can I use an existing ChillyRoom account from another game?

A: Yes, accounts from other ChillyRoom games (e.g., Soul Knight) can be used here.

 

3. Payments & Rewards

Q: What rewards do pre-registered players receive?

A: Pre-registered players will receive Berries*100 + Hank's Lucky Scratcher*1 after the official launch.

 

Q: I didn't receive an item I purchased. What should I do?

A: Wait a few minutes or restart the game. If the item still hasn't arrived, send your Google Play receipt to our customer support team and we will resend it.

 

Q: I accidentally bought the wrong item. Can I get a refund?

A: Once items have been delivered, they cannot be refunded or exchanged except in special circumstances. Please contact customer support with your order details for assistance.
