OWL 3.0.0 Preview 02 | Oddment Resonance Goes Permanent & System Refinements

Hey warriors!
Otherworld Legends v3.0.0 drops on Feb 3 at 10:00 (UTC+8).

In this update, Oddment Resonance becomes a permanent part of the game.
You can try it out in Spatial Interstice and Simulation Skirmish, while Battlefield Mode keeps its original item system intact.
We're also adding 9 brand-new item Fetters, plus tuning and adjustments to some existing ones.
Full details are listed in the table below 👇

We've made adjustments to items as well, adding new ones and reworking or tweaking existing ones.
In v3.0.0, 100 items are available through the Oddment Fetters system, while the remaining items will be gradually adjusted and reintroduced in future updates.

The mysterious Meyer in the Mirage now offers warriors 6 special Meyer Items to help build your Fetters.
Check out the details of the Meyer Items in the image below 👇

1. Item Upgrades Replaced by Fetter Reforging
With the overhaul of the item system, item upgrades have been removed. Items no longer level up — instead, the system now focuses on Fetter Reforge.
In Fetter Reforging, one random Fetter from a sacrificed item is transferred to a target item. Each reforge has a small chance to add a new Fetter, but will more often replace an existing one. If the target item already has three Fetters, reforging will only replace one of them.
Not happy with the result? You can always choose to keep the item's original Fetter setup.

Special Item Reforging Returns
Special reforging is back. Miracle Mushroom, Elf King, Sword of Damocles, and Soulfused Kabuto can now be crafted through special reforging.
2. Solarium Adjustments
The Solarium has been updated in the new version.
After seeds mature, they will now yield a random item with a specific Fetter.
See the image below for full details 👇

New Solarium Item — Fertilizer
Introducing Fertilizer! Use it to instantly grow seeds in the Solarium. Just interact with the Solarium, select Quick Plant, choose your seed, and Fertilizer does the rest.

All items previously planted in Solarium Storage will be cleared with the update. To compensate, we're giving you an equal number of Fertilizers based on your cleared inventory.
Fertilizer can also be obtained via Spring Festival Red Packets or purchased in the shop.
3. Scry at the Crystal Ball — Now Fetter Modifiers
In the new version, Scrolls at the Crystal Ball have been replaced with Fetter Modifiers. Using a modifier scroll increases the chance of corresponding items appearing in your next battle.
Note: Some Fetters cannot be modified via Astrology — Martial, Samurai, Elf, Godblade, Mystic Mushroom, and Relic.

Due to item system adjustments, all previous modifier points will be cleared after the update. We will refund all spent points based on your current allocation, and warriors will need to reassign them.

1. Quick Allocation for Power of Asura
After the update, the Power of Asura allocation screen will feature plus and minus buttons, along with a direct input field. You can now enter the exact amount of Power of Asura you want to allocate — faster, easier, and far more convenient.

2. Naga Chakra Attribute Enhancement
In the new version, once a single chakra for Naga reaches its maximum level, you'll earn a one-time attribute selection.
You can freely change your chosen attribute at any time in the Lobby.

3. Supreme Pass Progression Beyond Max Level
With the new season of Supreme Pass, reaching the level cap doesn't mean progression stops. After hitting max level, you can continue earning activity points through daily missions to keep leveling up.
For players who own the Supreme Pass, every 5 levels gained after Level 30 will reward a Mirage Pass Activity Giftbox.
Click the question mark in the top-right corner of the gift box to view its contents and drop rates.

Once you reach the required levels, there's no need to worry about missing your rewards.
If any Mirage Pass Activity Giftboxes are left unclaimed during the season, they will be sent to you via in-game mail after the current Pass expires.
4. Travel Stories Removed
Travel Stories rooms will no longer appear during runs. The Travel Stories section has also been removed from the Treasury in the Lobby.
That wraps up the preview details for this update.
Wishing all warriors a happy Spring Festival — may the new version bring you fresh builds, smoother systems, and plenty of victories ahead!
